I just rescued a skink from my cat and i need help.I need to know what bedding to use and what lighting and temps.I dont want to let him go cause one of my cats will probably get him again.We looked it up and think he is a broad-headed skink if that helps.

You should be able to let him go where there are a lot of close-together trees. They’re pretty arboreal. He just happened to be near the ground when the cat got lucky.
