 How manye times a week?

How is everyone doing?

I was woundering, how many times A week do I dust Hershal’s, my BTS, food with D3 calcium? Twice a week, or more/

That’s about what I do every week. Just make sure not to overdue it. 3 times a week should be the most you dust for D3

With an adult, there is no reason to do it more than once a week. Too much is poisonous; a high concentration of D3 is actually the active ingredient in certain rat poisons. If you’re using UVB light at the correct range then you don’t actually need ANY oral D3 supplements, but most people do it once a week anyway, just in case the lizard doesn’t bask enough or whatever.
