 Help - how to trap a Skink ???

I have a skink loose in my kitchen and need to get it back outside where it will live. When I go into the kitchen, it slips back into a space behind the diswasher. Any suggestions?

Its a striped blue tail skink. What would I need to trap it in because it would run away if I tried to catch it. What is the right food to bait the trap?

get a havahart mouse trap. it doesnt kill the animal,simply traps it. bait it with mealworms and put it where you think it goes the most.

i go to Ace Hardware. they have all size traps. i get the smallest if i am trying to catch a lizard because it’s more sensitive to a lizard’s weight and doesn’t SLAM shut like bigger traps do.
