Need some help, Please read this... its about an egg
I lifted up a log and there behold there was an egg. not a nest or a clutch of them... just an egg. the thing is i dont know what would just lay one egg. i really have no idea. my freind picked up the egg and he took it home. i dont like the idea of that but it would be cool to see what it was if it hatched. i did some research after his parents made him give the egg to me. so with the egg next to me in a container of moist dirt, it looks like a five lined skink egg. i will have some pictures up soon to show everyone. just looking for some advice on how to keep the egg. the thing is i just dont know why somehting would lay one egg just laying there under a log.
