 Schneiders question

Hi everyone! I just bought my Schneiders Skink and will be picking it up on Sunday. I have looked at tons of caresheets and articles on them and there is one thing I cant find..How much to feed them? Some people say every other day, some say 3-4 times a week, and I get that part. But how much during each feeding is what I need to know. Do I feed them crickets and worms until they stop eating or should they only get a certain amount?
Also as far as veggies go, I’m pretty sure I should only offer them 2 or 3 times a week, is that right? And from your personal experience what do you guys think would be the best veggies/fruits to feed them?
Any help would be great, I cant wait to get my new little guy home! Thanks alot for your time!

Well..since nobody could answer my question I finally found a breeder and asked them. Just in case anyone else has this question I was told to feed them as much as they will eat daily-they will not over stuff themselves like most other rep’s. Mine has been eating between 5 and 8 every day, but still hasnt tried any greens.

I kept these lizards for several years and I used to feed them five days a week with two fasting days though occasionally I fed them on those days as well.

I’ve heard that you’re supposed to feed your skinks every other day, but I’ve had my two schneiders skinks for about a year now and I try to feed them 1 or 2 mealworms every evening (sometimes more depending on how hungry they are...my big one (Stubby) will sometimes eat 4 or 5!!!) and then there are times when they go long durations without eating at all, but I at least offer them food everyday/night.

i have what i believe is a female schneider and mine likes crickets and meal worms...not any fruits or veggies though...if you find something yours likes let me know!!
