Care question???

hi i am getting a 9 month old female carmel blue tongue skink. I was wondering what type of substrate is the best and what to have in the enclosure. Also how much to feed them. I was wondering if some of you could show off your bts enclosures for me to get an idea. The breeder told me she eats chicke, scrambled eggs, crickets, some veggies, and some friut. She also has some of her tail bitten off but it is growing back. If you could give me some advice i would appreiciate it. i will have some pics soon

You need to be more specific with the sub-species, some tolerate more humidity than others. But as a substrate Aspen shaving is realy good as well as repti-bark for burrowing.

i use cypress mulch. works great. in the cage its pretty much up to you. i have an elevated state tile for basking or they can go under to hide. then i have half log on other side and a water dish. the amount i feed is the amount they eat. i will try to get pics up sometime. who are you getting the skinks from?
