List of food for blue tongues

When ours was little, he loved chasing and eating crickets and eatring supers and wax worms. But as he4 got older, he stopped this behavior. Every so often I had to change his source ofr protein-tuna, dog food, until I tried him on uncooked ground turkey. He really loves it and I mix it with veges, greens and fruit(cut up) and sprinkle with vitamins. He eats about two or three times a week, but remember he must be around 14 years old or older. when fall comes and it cools down weather wise, he will drop to eating once a week and then every two weeks until Spring again. Remember, as adults they like to sleep a lot when it is colder outside and they wouldn’t want any food fermenting in their stomachs. I used to freak out when he wouldn’t eat for two weeks and drag him into the vets, only to find nothing wrong with him. I also let him soak about once or twice per week especially in winter to avoid dry skin.
