Looks good. Hard to tell from the pic but it looks like Pandora is actually a Merauke (if so welcome to the club!) If you post some more pics of Pandora I will be able to tell for sure. The bands look way to thin to be IJ.

Setup looks good just make sure you have a decent level of humidity as any of the Indo species need a higher level of humidity. You could switch to a substrate that holds more humidity or just put a lot of moss on one side and a large water dish. Other then that looks great! Very nice setup.

Definitely a merauke! I thought so because he/she looks just like my female Inca. Beautiful skink! Have you introduced him/her to bluetongueskinks.net yet?

I’m definitely not the most intelligent on the topic but I’ve been doing research on Meraukes for well over a year now and own two of them and am starting to breed them this year. Youre enclosure looks great and honestly the only advice I think that you need is making sure all the levels are right, increasing the humidity a bit and keeping a varied diet. As for handling, go easy and move slowly. The babies tend to be little hissy pants so moving slowly and letting them explore and come to you really lets them get to know you and become calm around you. Dont rush or over handle just let him or her really get to know you. The only questions I would ask are do you have UVB? What are your temps? what are your humidity levels? and what is your diet.

Yes i have a 10.0 bulb. The temps are about 95 on the warm side and 70 on the cold. I live in wisconsin so it is winter now, but i still manage to keep humidity at about 30%. The diet so far has consisted of beef and egg (both are cooked) canned crickets and some vegis from the local market.
Pandora only eats like three bites and then leaves the rest of the food untill later. Is that a prob?

You can offer much more than that as far as a varied diet goes. Our adults )1.5 yrs) eat a few bites so I don’t waste a bunch of food and let it go bad. Offer small portions and keep them from becoming over weigh and obese.
Frozen thawed pinkie mice or rats are a special treat I offer 2x a month or more if they like. Chicken hearts and ground beef (raw) chicken breast (raw and cooked) Eggs raw or scrambled and allowed to cool. Canned snails are readily devoured ...kinda pricey. Frozen fish raw ...from the petstores (silversides) made by San Fransisco Bay Co....they really like them.

Mince calcium rich veggies(mustard greens / collard greens/ endive / escarole/ make a small meat loaf and feed raw...small portions like a spoon full will be fine.
Dog food once in a while works too.

Back when they were small....lol

This enclosure is 2 feet deep and 3 wide x 18" tall. it will last a lifetime , but I look forward to letting them have free roam time in the wrmer months...out side in a 2x 8 run with a hardware cloth top to keep predators out.

I have used Repti bark ...but I changed and prefer cypress mulch. I also offer a 5.0 Reptiglo UVB and Mega Ray heat projector.

Here is the pic...

I replaced the light bulbs with these...much safer and won’t burn you or the lizard.
