 What hamster or mouse would make a good pet?

i am deciding wether to get a hamster or some mice. what type of hamster makes the best pet? vice versa with mice.

With Mice, you need atleast 2 (same sex if you dont want babies)
Just get the mice young and handle or feed off your hand often.

Hamsters prefer to live alone. I have both a panda and a teddy bear and both are friendly, but I got them young. Neither wakes up until about 7 pm, the mice are always up int heir wheel or exploring.

ANother option, dwarf hamsters but get atleast 2.

Teddy Bears and Black Bears make the best pets, both are Syrian types. Dwarf hamsters tend to be more nippy.

Mice and rats make much better pets, in my opinion, but it’s up to you.
