NO!! Cedar is the worst bedding, lol. You want carefresh or aspen. If you have a hamster on cedar, take it out right away and just throw in some shredded paper or an old towel until you can get the right kind.

Cedar and pine bedding both build up very toxic phenols that can kill small animals and they have too much dust that is bad for their upper respiratory systems. Carefresh is a bit more expensive, but it smells better and lasts longer and is safer/more comfortable for your pet.
