 URGENT.
Can the same gender mice be raised together? Also could 3 same gender mice be raised together? Which gender is better?

Yes you can raise same gender mice together :) I am not sure there is much of a difference between genders... otehr than appearance lol... I havent noticed either smelling more or anything... and personality seems ot have nothin to do with gender... but I personally try to go for females anyway just because I dont want to worry about territory or anything... the only thing I have noticed with my mice is when you have bachelor males (particularly those who used to be in with females) they tend to be more likely to try to escape... but im sure someone out there has that problem with females... basically as long as the cage is correct it wont matter.... As long as the cage is big enough you can have as many mice as you want together... as far as I know the number doesnt really make a difference as long as its not too crowded in the cage... GL!

Mice are very social creatures and should have at least one friend .They like groups. Just make sure you have a well ventilated and large enough cage for them. I found that adult males urine seems to smell more than the females do.

Aquariums are not very good cages for mice or rats . They need well ventilated wire cages .
