Update on Mouchi. Hokay, if you dont remember a month or so ago when I posted about my rat mouchi doing really bad, heavy breathing, body shakeing, having to open his mouth to breath etc. Well it got a little better last week, but hes still doing it and he was doing it really bad yesterday morning. I was told he was dying of old age, but it just seems like hes sitting there suffering. We *could* take him ot the aspca and have him put down, but Id only do that if im sure hes dying of old age and im not letting him sit there and suffer from being sick or something. What can I do for him? I feel so bad.. hell gently crawl in my hands and close his eyes and its like his breathing slows down a litle and he dosnt have to breath with his mouth open, but when I take my hand away it starts again, I found this weird : Should I separate hima nd the other rat? The other one is healthy and shows no signs of being sick, but with mouschi ’dying from old age’ over like a month and half, I think he may be really sick instead.. Can someone help me please? Anything I can do? Should I take him to a vet?! >< Or would that just be a waste of time, should I just give him plenty of love until his time comes?
