 New babies

Just got two new rats from my professor. His kid wanted them but now won’t take care of them so I got them. One is a baby female hairless and the other is a sub-adult light gray male dumbo. Ill get pics up as soon as I can. My boyfriend and I have three fancy girls right now who were also given up by their owners so we are hoping the females will all get along if put together. For now the two new ones are at my house to watch them and make sure nothing is wrong with them. The female hairless is also plumper than what I think she should be so I’m thinking she might be pregnant as they were both housed together since they were bought a few weeks ago.

if she is preggo good luck

alot of female hairless rats eather eat the babies b/c alot of female hairless cannot lactate so you might have to hand feed which is very difficult from what i have been told

now not all female hairless are like this but alot are
anyway good luck and hopefully she isnt preggo

 New babies

i have some experience raising orphaned birds, puppies and cats. They require lots of work too. My local pet store is always having babies because of the shipping mishaps so I can find a foster there if I cannot take care of them.
