How are you measuring temps (what kind of thermometer)?
What kind of heat sources are you using?
Are they controlled by a thermostat?
Are you handling him? If so, stop completely as it will keep stressing him out.
What kind of prey have you been offering and what size?
How are you offering the dead ones?

take out the lights and use regular daylight . do you see snakes in the wild with a light hovering over their heads? the whole idea of keeping a snake as a pet is to make his surroundings as normal to home as possible . one of the biggest factor in these animals not eating is the use of lights. also have you had him/her to the vet to get checked for parasites or even worse an obstruction? had one just like this not to long ago and come to find out he was obstructed therefore he wasnt a bit hungry . hope this helps

It could be the weather my ball python is 3 years + and hasn’t eaten in about 4 months she does this almost every year so it could be its hibernating time but I still try to feed her every week I would leave it alone for 2 weeks straight and try to feed it could be that your bothering it to much but if you are force feeding and its keeping its down I doubt its having any internal problems you soak it in 80 degree warm water it will help it release its bowels if it is having an impaction. The temps seem ok I would jut try to feed it every week if it doesn’t eat after ignoring it for 2 and if it exceeds 2 months start forcing it I had to force feed my ball when I got her but she had scale rot and mites and hadn’t eaten in 3 months I forced her 3 times and she has been eating ever since except through her phases you should post some pics if you can.
