 My baby gopher snake

hi, my sister had cought a baby gopher snake and now doesnt want it, so she gave it to me , ,but im a person that is terrified of harsh bites and i was wondering if i hold this baby snake every day have proper materials and take excelent care of it will it grow up less likely to bite me ? or are they naturally agressive ? and for sure will bite me no matter how i raise this snake ?, when she first got this snake she was ratling her tail and would strik butim not so much scared of her bite right now because shes so little and it doesnt hurt cus shes already bit me once but now shes not so much scared or stikes at me she just rattles a little ....i have her in a ten gallen take with dirt ( i cooked the dirt in my oven along with a rock at 250 degres and let it stay in there for about an hour) then put it in there , but she has dirt, moss, branches a boul to bathe and drink in and a heating rock with a sock she loves to stay in . is this habitat i have for her good for now you think ? or is there more i can do to make her feel at home , i want a bigger tank because i can tell she loves to move fast , the least i can do is give her a great home for my sister taking her from the wild.....i am going to get a heating pad soon and take out the rock but thats all i have for now till i get paid.

My suggestion to you would be to post this question on the forum "pine, bull and gopher snakes" They can give you all the help you need. I personally had a bull snake and they make a lot of noise but rarely bite. I am not sure if gophers are the same way.
