 I need HELP!!!

My leopard geiko is sick and I have no clue what to do, I don’t want to take him to the vet because he isn’t a very big people person and doesn’t like being handled by alot of people. He looks like there is something in his mouth like skin or a mealworm or something, and when I go to try and see he runs away before I can get a good look and he usually lets me hold him.
I REALLY NEED HELP!!!! dont want him to be sick anymore!!!

Try posting your message on leopard geckos instead of Swifts.

Its maybe a tumor or an abces.You can just bring him to the vet before he stop eating and die.Put im in a little plastic pot or brig his vivarium if it’s not too big.
