 Need emergency help

my emerald swift in the last week has gotten worse. He is always sleeping compared to him usually running around his cage or resting with his eyes open. He barley ever keeps his eyes open he dosen’t eat. he lets me handle him witch i used to not be able to do. When i do handle him he is extremly lazy all he does is hang. can someon give me some advice i think he is dying

Spencer and that is happening to my emerald swift to i tried everything i got it on December 14th

that does not mean that they are dying

What kind of light do you have?
