 Need help, my swift is sick!

is my swift gonna die? its laying around all day its not eating its food. when it walks it looks like its back legs barely wanna move, also i can see its ribs, i had problems before catching it to touch it now that is not the case. is there some medicine i can give it? i dont want anything bad to happen to it.
