Well i got 2 in a twenty gallon and Half of the tank is Calci Sand and the other half is a ’semi tropical’mix I keep the heat lamps on the sand side, a UVB in the middle, and got burrows, hideouts, branches and decorations everywhere. They feed on mostly crickets and mealworms dusted with calcium supplement. If i get some pics ill post them. Good luck. PS. I would not get mine at a petco or petsmart, they usually keep them badly and are unhealthy. I would find a local petshop somewhere. |

Well first off, I keep two in a twenty long. This is how there cage is made up... One side is covered in CalciSand and the other in a ’semi tropical’ mix (deep so they can burrow). I have the heat lamp on the sandy part, the UVB in the middle and branches goin everywhere. They eat mostly crickets and mealworms dusted in calcium supplement. If I get any pics Ill post them. PS. do not get yours from petsmart or petco, they are usually mistreated and are not healthy. Find a local Petshop that carries them. Good luck! |
