 How to make lettuce?

a lot of people told me to feed my tadpole and frog boiled lettuce, how do you make it, do u cut it freeze it how do u serve it, please give me details i am new at caring for a frog

well this is just for the tadpole, a frog won’t eat it.
I’ve never done it (normally there’s no lettuce in my house), but from what I understand you boil it, cut it up, and then freeze it, then just throw a piece into the tank for them to eat whenever it’s feeding time.
