 Help with tadpole

I have a tadpole that looks like a bullfrog tadpole but its only an inch long and its got back legs (thier not that big yet) only thing is its still smaller than what i’ve heard they are sapposed to be so is there any way to get it to grow to the size it’s sapposed to be? or is it ok to be so small?

My bullfrog was around the same size as a tadpole when she morphed, they’re all different I guess, like people. Mine is still a small adult, just under 3 inches, which is honestly not all that bad, at least it’s easier to care for a frog that size than most of the "normal" bullfrogs that can get 6-8 inches.
