The lone tadpole doomed to never age...

I caught some frog eggs last april. All of the tadpoles morphed by the end of last year into leopard frogs or western chorus frogs except one. One of the tadpoles is still a tadpole and i was wondering if anyone knew why that could be. Do albino tadpoles take longer to grow up or is this one just doomed to be a tadpole forever. It is still the same size as it was last year but there are no legs on it and I have never seen or heard a bullfrog at the pond I got them from. Any help is appreciated. :-)

I don’t think it has to do with it being albino. I was going to say bullfrog, but you said you don’t think they live there...so I don’t know.
I’d say just keep doing what you’re doing, and maybe this season it’ll decide to morph when the weather warms up.
