i would like some info on green ameivas (Ameiva ameiva). i went to the petstore today to get stuff for my cage (i was planning on getting a cuban knight anole {Anolis equestris} for this cage till i saw these). i asked the guy at the store how big they get and what size tank they needed. he told me that my 22"x22"x25"high tank was more than enough and that they get around 15 inches. i love this little guy alot and would love to go back and buy it soon before it gets sold. he told me it was CB and had been there about 2 months. i need more info on them tho. i cant seem to find any care sheets on them. please help me somebody!

PS. i want whats best for the lizard. i will not buy it untill i know i can take care of it properly. thats why i am asking for you help so please dont accuse me of buying something i know nothin about and i cant take care of. i have not bought it yet

i looked up pics of diff kinds of ameivas and found out that the ameiva i want is not a green ameiva (ameiva ameiva) it is actualy a tiger ameiva (ameiva undulata) from what i have read these do not get as big as the green ameiva and can fit in a 30 gallon. is this info right? can it live in my 45 gallon corner tank? somebody please help me!
