yeah i need opinions on an idea i got for the cage im building if i put newspaper on the bottomand put like a cat box with something in it to dig and has any one been on the site reptile city its like a online pet store and i was wondering does anyone have something from them?

A cat box filled with substrate is not nearly deep enough for a tegus needs. also newspaper would be a horrible choice as this species does need some humidity.
