TEGU DIARRHEA I need advise. I have a 8 month old B/W Tegu that has been doing wonderful. Growing in leaps and bounds, eating like a pig. Yesterday when I had him out he had a bowel movement and it was diarrhea. Today, same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions other than the vet? The only thing different he has eaten was he had a piece of apple (maybe the size of a dime) and a grape (same size) the prior day. Normally he just eats turkey, ground beef, and chicken. I also gave him an egg (farm fresh) earlier in the week. Do I just give it a couple of days and see if it goes back to normal? He only goes once a day, so it isn’t like he is constantly going. Please advise. I can take him to the vet. Just requires taking time off from work as the exotic vet is about an hour away. Thanks for any advise.

TEGU DIARRHEA I would wait a few days and monitor it but it could have just been passing the excessive liquids from the foods.

TEGU DIARRHEA I am going to do that. He had another movement last night and the beginning was watery, but the finish was solid. So sticking to what he is used to for now. Thanks for the advice.
