Tyson my red He is a pretty good boy over all. I feel I got lucky with him. From day one he never tail whipped or even attempted to bite. The only thing he did alot and ocassionally do when he dosent want to be held he will gator roll. He can some times get a little food agressive and it will take him a minute to realize feeding time is over. He has his own room that his enclosure is in and when I’m home he wanders around no problem like he owns the place. I’ve had freinds come over people he’s never seen and they have held him no problem. Like I said earlier I feel I got real lucky with him.

Tyson my red He pretty much eats what ever he is given he’s not picky. He eats superworms, small rats, fish( whole and fillets) ground turkey, blueberries, roaches( great source of protein) bannas. Eggs, I usually boil or scramble them I haven’t given him whole eggs yet but other people do and don’t have any problems. The egg shell is a good source of calcium and some people will even grind them with a coffee grinder to get a fine powder. There’s so many ways to go about giving them eggs. It shouldn’t be a problem feeding him the eggs whole.

Tyson my red As he gets older they will become less picky at first mine would only eat crickets and meal worms. Just takes time, they will let you know. Ie tried feeding him boiled potatoes and some tomato slices and he wouldnt touch it. Came back an hr later with fish and roaches he ate them right up. And he won’t eat bannas unless that’s all he has in his dish, he dosent nessecarily like them but he eats them. Expirementing is all I can say.
