 What do baby toads eat??

I have a baby toad about 1" tall and I dont know what to feed it.

if you go to youtube and type in (RAISING TADOLES INTO FROGS/TOADS PART 1 OF 2) make sure you watch the whole thing, it will tell you what they eat and how to gather it your self.


if you would rather buy the catch then they will eat small pinhead crickets.

You can also try flightless fruit flies-they breed like crazy which works well. I had fbts that were about the same size as yours and that’s what they ate until just a couple of months ago-they are on the smallest size crickets not (not the pin head though).

less than an inch-flightless fruit flies, more than an inch-crickets i would feed them the fruit-flies
