 Weird FBT behavior

During the day he’s pretty calm but starting around 10 @ night he starts to climb the tank from the corner and just sits there and after about 4 min he falls off and climbs the vines I have in his tank and just hangs out there is this normal behavior just some feed back would be great

Totally normal. He’s looking for a place to escape. They love to escape! They usually sleep during the day and are more active at night.

I havn’t ever seen m toads do that. And I have a question about lighting. How long shoul their ligh be on? It goes on at 12am and goes of around 8. Is this too much? too little?

you do not need alight for toads, unless your house is really cold, light can overheat your toads.

The only light you should use is a fluorescent light and that is if you have live plants in the tank. All of my plants are live so I do 12 hours on and 12 hours off. It was 8 to 8 but we started getting lots of power outages so I let the timer lapse so now it’s 11 to 11.
