My toad pics These are the toads I almost ran over while mowing the grass about 4 weeks ago. I think they are doing really well. The larger one I call Hercules. Larger one is on the right side and facing you. The smaller one started out on the left side, but hopped over to the larger one and turned his back. Smaller one has no name. They eat crickets, pill bugs, and house flys. Occasionally, a small catterpillar or some kind of beetle. 20 gallon long someone was throwing away. Coconut husk from Petsmart for substrate. Any thoughts?

My toad pics Now aren’t they gorgeous! It was nice of you to not add to the countless lawn mower horror stories.
My only recommendation is getting coconut fiber. Its softer on their skin and holds better shape for burrowing.

My toad pics they look great! I would add some plants, they make hte cage look more attractive, provide more shelter for your toads, and mimic the toads natural habitat.

My toad pics Congrats on the new toads! Please switch to bed-a-beast or coconut fiber.
