Mine and My Husband’s First Frogs. We think they could be sick. Can anyone help?

My husband gave me my first pet frog on my birthday, a european green toad(Jamie). I was so excited, we set up everything just like research had told us to. Everything was great! The toad was happy. Couple days later, I get my husband his toad (Cody), same type. We put them together. Happy toads. They eat mostly crickets w/dusting. (10 per day for both) and some mealworms. Temp is between 80-85 day and 72-80 night. Humidity at 50% day and 70% night after misting. Jungle Bed for bedding, moss, live plants and fake ones, watering hole, and uv lighting on timer with screen top in a 10 gallon tank. We have had them about a month going on two. My toad (Jamie) stared disappearing (completely burying its self) it has lost a little weight and now it sits in a hole with its eyes closed and the other fatter toad (Cody) is almost sitting on top of Jamie, the one with its eyes closed. It sits in its hole all day and hardly moves at all. What is wrong with my toad? This has been going on for a little more than a week. Really worried!!!!!

um..... well it could be that he/she is shedding, but i dont know (it should not take that long) but what i would suggest doing if raising the humid. to 75-85 during the day and at night to 65. thats all let me know what happens!

Did you answer the questions that were asked about your frogs on the frog forum yet? Myself and another person posted there.

She is saying frogs, but she means toads. Maybe it is too hot or cold in the room.

Yes, but she posted the exact same message on the frog forum and people there were trying to help her.
