 Can you I.D. this toad?

I just noticed this little toad on my sidewalk. I have seen a bunch like this before and was wondering what it is?

I am in Middle, TN if that helps any...

it looks like and american woodhouse toad to me i have one myself but hes big and fat. it looks like a baby. when do you see them? spring? if not and you see them all the time and they are always this small maybe its a spring peeper which is that size full grown i hope that helps ^^

I usually only seem them around spring/summer. This is the largest one I have ever seen. Usually I see really small ones around my flower bed...

that is not a american for sure. that toad has diff. markings then the american. i have no idea what kind of toad it is but it’s not an american.

I’m not havin’ much luck here. The closest I see on this site is a southeastern chorus frog. When you click the wav file to hear sound, that’s what I hear at night time. I don’t know...

Thats bufo fowleri. The widely spread spots generally give it away.
