2nd Story????!!!!!!?!?!?!?! 
Okay, so I just made the coolest thing ever! I got a CD case, and opened it up. I secured it open so it can’t close, with some clear tape. I have it hanging from the top of the cage. It has coco fiber on it, and a plant. it looks really cool! They havn’t tried it out yet... There are a whole bunch of plants going up to it so no doubt they can get up and down. Is this not the coolest thing ever?!

I’d take it out. While it is an interesting idea, the materials you used don’t sound too safe. I would get a glass or acrylic sheet to create a platform. If possible put edges on it to hold dirt, and keep them from slipping. You should secure it with silicone instead of tape. You don’t want your little toads falling or getting squashed. You could also silicone steps for them to get up to the platform. I’ve seen this idea preformed in quite a few leo tanks, and it works out rather well.
