 New FBT tank thread.

I went to my favorite pet store, which unfortunately is going out of business. Anyway. They had for fire bellies in a ten gallon, and the guy gave me a great deal, the whole setup for 15 dollars. But now I want to make a new tank for them. For those of you who own them, if you have any pictures id love to see. I was thinking half water half land. But im not sure how to do it. Should I just divide the tank using one of those plastic dividers and cut it to size and cilacone it to place. Or should I just have a substrate slow decline into the water?

Ultimately I wanted, the half half somehow and maybe some small tetras of something in the aquaric area. Would this be possible?

I’d love to hear your experience and any tips you can give me. Thankkkkk

I wouldn’t do fish. Only occupants I’d consider would be aquatic snails. 1/2 and 1/2 tanks are pretty cut and dry. You an divide the tank and then silicone river rocks together to create a slop at the water’s edge. Silicone takes 1-2 weeks to cure and be safe to submerge in water without weakening.
