Worried about FBT - blood in stool?

I have two FBTs, a 5-year-old mated pair, and today when they were fed my darker one didn’t go after its crickets. A few hours later I looked in the tank and noticed what I’m pretty sure is blood in its stool. I’m including a picture.

Now, I know this can be (and probably is) pretty serious. I also know that I live in Anchorage, AK, and have yet to find a vet that specializes in reptiles and/or amphibians.

I have a pump running in their tank, they’ve been mostly aquatic for their entire lives. The water temp is at 78 degrees, and they have a day lamp (obviously) that gets turned on in the mornings and off in the evenings. I turned it back on briefly to take this picture.

Does anyone know how worried I should be? Should I watch it for a few days? It seems to not want to swim at all, and stays on the rock it’s pictured on. Its mate is frisky with a tummy full of cricket(s).

Take it out of the tank and set it up in a quarantine container. You can use a plastic tub with the top cut out and screen glued down to save money. It probably has an internal parasite, worms, or swallowed something sharp. Frogs are delicate creatures and anything like this is always cause for concern. Keep him a little warmer and drier, just a shallow water bowl. Use papertowel for the substrate. You could try a round of pancur or melafix to try to medicate him, but it’s best if you can get a fecal done. You can get this done at a vet or sometimes colleges will help you out too.

Thanks so much for your advice. He seems to be doing better today, but I’ll go ahead and quarantine him just in case.
