Well some more information is needed please. What size tank do you have them in? Any filtration? How often do they eat, and what do you feed them? How old is he? And finally how much water do you give him and how often do you change it?

the tank size is a 15 gallon there is filterization i feed them every 2 days he eats crickets, mealworms, and nightcrawlers i dont know the age i think he is a year or younger because he is smaller but he use to eat the most, the tank bottom is all water but they have a big dock to go on and plants, and i change the water once a week and maybe twice if i get the chance. for some strange reason he swims upside down doesnt move a lot and today i was going to try to clean his eye because it was cloudy and i used a cutip and it started bleeding??? in need help plz ASAP!!!!

Ok for starters separate him from the other toads. He probably has a infection, any chance of posting pictures? You can use a smaller tank with super wet papertowels, or a plastic tub if you dont have another tank. If you can alternate between a bottom of super wet paper towels and a small amount of water. I would go out and get some melafix and dilute it in some water and use that to keep the paper towels wet. Remember to keep everything very clean to help prevent further infections. And I do not recomend trying to clean it again. They are very delicate and too much pressure could caue further damage
