wut you need to do for the babies is get flightless fruit flies thats wut i do,i jus had to do it for my baby tree frogs and i will always have to get em for my bumble bee toads, occassionally petsmart and the like will carry em but its a rip off,the best way is to order online thats wut i do,i order locally from eds fly meat and you can order from them too but id search for the closest place to you for quicker arrival, now is important growing time for baby toads and they eat allot and in the mean time before your flys arrive i would be catching small bugs very small bugs, and jus feed them whenever they accept food and before you know it they will be big enuff to start feeding pinhead crickets then its easy from then on,i have the most fun raising babie thats when you get the most interaction, for sum reason all the frogs and toads i have raise from babies tend to be hardier and freindlier and have more personality than my other toads, maybe its because all they know is me and my captive keeping of them.

My adult FBTs eat mainly crickets. When I first got them, I thought I had to feed them small crickets (1/2" or so) but was surprised to realize later that they can easily take large crickets too (they have big mouths even though they are only 2" long). But if you feed them large crickets, it’s best to use soft-bodied ones without wings (the big nasty winged ones are too tough and spiny and can sometimes fight back).

??? Is yours full-grown or just a baby? If it’s a baby, obviously you need to feed it small (not large) crickets (or other bugs).
