 Cant find my frog

so i have a cage with a cover well it’s a 10 gallon tank i have moss and dirt in there but i cant find him





FYI
the dirt is mud=) could he be hiding in it[

Seriously though one of my toads really burrowed into the dirt one time and really freaked me out! Isn’t he a leopard frog? Have you ever seen your frog climb before?

Maybe try moistening the dirt with a spray bottle and see if he comes up? or maybe use some crickets to lure him out?
