 My russain tortoises are pigs!!!!

I have two russ. tortoises and all they do is eat! The one will come running up to you every time you get near them looking for food. How much are they supposed to eat? I’m afraid of over feeding them just because a few sites I pulled up on them said they feed theirs as much as they can eat in twenty min. each day......mine eats up to four times a day.

yeah i was wondering the same thing! how much is a 6 in russian sopossed to eat per day??

I feed my russian a handful of food every day, plus he has grass to munch of if he’s still hungry.

Mine eat at least four handfulls of mixed veggies and greens. They do not have grass or weeds unless I take them outside.
