 Who am I?

This tortoise came into our shelter today as a stray- she was found walking down the street. We’ll hold her for her state mandated holding period, and then send her to a reputable rescue, but until then, i would like to know her species so we can maximize her care. Sorry for the quality of the pics- they’re off a cell phone

And i belive she is actually a he! the tail pic isnt very clear, but if the tail goes to the side and is kinda long then it is a male
