Whats a good substrate to use for a hermanns tortoise thats about 3 inchs, right now im using paper towel.

50/50 playsand organic soil mix, kept moist but not dripping wet. Heres a good care sheet if you’d like to check it out :) no spaces though.

I gave you a link to check out - there is a lot of info on that forum...tons.
You could probably use aspen but you should provide a place that is somewhat humid as well, so you would need an area with different substrate or a hide with something else in it.
