 Russian Tortoise for good home

We have a Russian tortoise -- named Fraternus -- who we’d like to find a new home. We’ve had him four years but our kids have out grown him. He’s in great health, has a good size terrarium, and we’d be willing to give him up to a good family in the D.C. area.
