 Help! Peacock frog trouble

My peacock tree frog looks exactly like this http://www.repticzone.net/images/33489/JellyBean3.jpg.
He is originally green with black specks and a tile bluish whitish pattern on bottom of him. He has started to grow tannish specks on his back. Whats this mean?

 Help! Peacock frog trouble

Get your temps right up to 85f- 90f..... and no misting....Insure substrate is dry.....

There is a way to use mela fix....Do you have some?

Peacocks are very fragile though, so unless its warranted for his healths sake I would rather treat the tank than handle him....Try the heat therapy first....
Leave him in the tank he is in..it will give a variance in temps in the tank....but the top of the tank under the light area get it to 90f.

Is he eating?

Do you know the latin name for your peacock? Is he the leptopelis family? My big eyed are peacock frogs too.... It is a misguided information that pet stores think these don’t need some form of heat if temps are less than 75f in the tank.... I use infrared bulbs on 24 hrs...

Its very hard for me to see exactly whats going on in the pic.. but skin coloration can be just coloration or it can be fungul..... How long have you had your frog?
