 Whites tree frog

Im thinking about getting a whites tree frog. I already have an American tree frog. Can i put them both in the same tank? I dont want the whites to eat the other frog. He is about 2inches. Any tips any one has one whites let me know, Im new to all this! Thanks

sounds like you need to do a lot more research before getting one.

Even though habitates for the whites and greens are similar you can’t put them together. Its not a good idea, besides the fact that your white will eventually eat your green.

I don’t know what kind of tips your looking for, but my suggestion is to read more care sheets.

No you can’t. You can’t mix any frog species or another species with frogs. The whites will get up to 4-5 inches and they will eat other frogs, but in addition they stress each other out, have different temp/humidity needs (the green needs less of both) and so on. Refer to the Mixing thread a ways down the board for more reasons.

Here’s a good caresheet for the whites. He needs a minimum of a 20H for one plus heating etc.

I WOULD GET WHITES BECAUSE THEY ARE REALLY NEAT
AND I DONT SEE WHY YOU COULDENT GET ONE AND JUST PUT IT IN A DIFF. TANK
