 Fruit flies?

Can I feed flightless fruit flies instead of crickets? To a gray tree frog?

fruit flies will be wayy too small. crickets, grasshoppers and moths are staples for grey tree frogs.

Moths cannot be used as a staple.... Do you have moths all year?

Cultivated foods should be used only... Bought foods bring less parasites or disease...

I tried feeding crickets to my new tree frogs (they aren’t grays, I don’t know what kind they are) and they won’t eat them. Maybe my frogs are too small to eat crickets? They are 3/4 inch and just under 1/2 inch.

By all means try other foods. ’Some start with flies or pinhead crickets.... Crickets will be their staple diet later that they need though so be prepared to buy them as they can be a little hunk of change.

Are these wild frogs?
