How big are they and what and how are you feeding?

Cover the sides and front of the tank. Make sure the temps and humidity are correct, you need gauges to know this. They need enough to eat so that one doesn’t eat all the crickets and the other has none. About 4-6 crickets each per meal (every other day for adults over 1", every day for under 1").

A picture of the tank will help.

Here’s a good caresheet to get you started. Link

The staple for WTF is crickets.
The crickets you are feeding should be as long as the distance between your frog’s eyes. If the crickets are too small or large the frog will not eat them.

Frogs hunt via movement so they need live food too. They will not eat canned or dead crickets usually.

Some frogs don’t much like the calcium powder either. So it will take them time to get used to it.

AS stated it takes them time to settle in by darkening the sides of the tank they settle better. Some can take weeks to settle in.

They need "night" and "day" so make sure you give them darkness at night or you can throw off their internal clock and they won’t eat.
Make sure your humidity is 50%-60% and temps are low 80’s day adn high 70’s night.

Handle the frogs as little as possible while they settle. It is good to get into a routine like go in the tnak once a day. Then bring the frogs out put them in their feeding dish and while they eat change their water and do whatever else you need to in the tank. That way you are only in there once a day.
If you are feeding in the main tank make sure that there is enough crickets for both frogs as rragdoll said. Often times there will de a dominant frog that is not allowing the other one to eat. In that case it is a good idea to outside feed at least the one that is not getting food.
