 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got a Cuban tree frog at pet-smart and I would Please like your answers to the following questions.
1. all he does is lie on the bottom of the tank on top of his UTH, do I need another heat source or is this normal.
2. Any way to sex them.
3. he/she is three inches long, does anybody have any info on about how much longer it will live.
4. whenever he trys to stick to the glass on his enclosure he slowly starts sliding down.

thank you for any questions you answered they helped allot

p.s. I know they are toxic.

It’s hard to say if you need more heat without having a temperature reading. You need to have a gauge in there for temp and humidity. They would need a warmer side for daytime of over 75F that can be accomplished by using just a small 40 or 60W bulb, in a metal dome fixture ($5 at Walmart near the extension cords)

What all is in the tank? How big is the tank? (a pic would help)

Are you dusting crickets about every 2-3 feedings? Maybe the petshop was not.
