 Whites Tree Frog Breeding

Ive been reading up online and such. i know this is a delicate matter with age and weight and fat sacks and such. just looking for someone who breeds there to give me some general advice. i dont plan on doing it yet, but i wanted to see if someone could tell me when to cool, rain chamber, and warm them back up. whether i need to do it by months or what.

I will not risk the life on my frogs before i KNOW they look ready.

As of now i have 4 whites. 1 is a female. i am almost certain the other 3 are males. i have seen the three of them croak with the throat swollen. the one i belive is a female i have heard/seen chirp. she has not swollen her throat and she is MUCH large then the others. my whites i am not sure on age though. i know from the time i got them its been over a year. not sure how old they were beforehand.

any suggestions though?

thanks
wayne

Its wise to follow their breeding cycles from the wild at first thier months.... If it doesn’t work you can then try following our winter cycles...

I don’t breed any personally however I have seen breeders sucessful either way... It seems some that are captive bred are more apt to breed in our cycles where as those wild caught breed in the wild cycles...

Most that breed also have a large number of frogs to get them into motion...

I hope this helps....

You can also try pollywog.com ( I hope I have that right)... He is a breeder in the UK..
