 Frog temps

There seems to be alot of conflicting advice on the internet etc. Just to confirm, Room temp is ok for american green tree frogs. pm 60- 70. daytime 65-75 degrees? Whites tree frogs need alittle warmer, pm 65-75 daytime 75-85 degrees? neither frogs need uvb light? what is the perfect temp for both? with the weather changing what if the room temp flutuates while everyone is gone for the day? Whats too warm and too cold for each frog?

I wouldn’t drop below what’s comfortable for you. Greens will tolerate more variation, whites are from Australia and can take dips, but I wouldn’t do much below 60. low 80’s is fine for max temps on both. Anything inbetween will also be alright.
