 Tree Frog Behavior

After several days of hearing loud croaking in the house, we found that a cute, green tree frog had taken up residence in the neck of a bottle-like vase. With a little coaxing, we got him (her?) out and put him outside. A day or so later, he was back inside -- and back inside the neck of the bottle. We put him back outside -- and he came back inside and into the vase. This has now happened 6 or seven times. We think we know HOW he gets inside the house, but for the life of us, we can’t figure out why nor why he seems so in love with this particular vase/bottle.

Can anyone solve this little mystery?

Sounds like he adopted it as a hide spot... treefrogs often like to stake out hiding places like that when they are in sleep mode to feel secure from predators during that time. I suspect that it probably is a male, because the males are the ones that do most (or all) of the calling.
