 Sulcata tortoise needs home

I have a 4 year old Sulcata that I am unable to give a proper home to.
He/she is very well cared for and i am not looking for money.
I would very much like to place him with someone who will give a good home and enjoy him.
I live on Long Island - I am happy to give him to a responsible person but i do not wish to pay for shipping to a distant location.
He is about 14 inches in length - probably weighs 25 - 30 pounds.
